I went to the beach to help Fraser with his rolls and also went for a short paddle around the yacht club. Fraser managed to get in a dozen or so successful rolls so the trip was a success. I did a few rolls on each side to make sure I remembered how! (not getting that much paddling in this year with all the fishing and trips I have been doing!
